Word of The Day James 1:2-4
Dear
brothers and sisters, when troubles come your way, consider it an
opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested,
your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your
endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing
nothing.James 1:2-4
Heavenly Father, when we are in the midst of going through a time of testing and trial in our lives, it can be so hard to remember that You are walking with us and working in us from the beginning to the end. I pray for myself and all who read this that we can learn to view difficult times with this reassurance at the forefront of our minds. I pray especially today for those who are in the middle of one of those times right now. Father, I pray that you speak peace to Your children who are frightened and anxious as they read this. I pray that You encourage those who are discouraged, strengthen those who are weary and lift up those who are depressed. For those who are facing uncertainty in their lives, help them to remember that nothing in this world is certain except for You and You will carry them through whatever storm may come. Thank You for Your faithfulness and thank You for Your great love for us. I love You Lord. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
